Air Conditioning Maintenance & Membership
It makes for a bad day when your AC System stops working on a 110* summer afternoon. Performing regularly scheduled maintenance will reduce the chance of this occurring and prolong the life and efficiency of your system.
Preventative Cooling Maintenance
- Filter Inspection & Replacement (Owner Supplied).
- Clean Electrical Compartment.
- Test capacitors for proper uf readings.
- Inspect Contactor for pitting and proper operation.
- Inspect wiring for burnt leads, annealing and proper connections.
- Inspect electrical disconnect and whip for damage and wear.
- Remove internal debris from condenser and clean condenser coil.
- Inspect line-set insulation.
- Test temperature splits.
- Test refrigerant pressures, sub cool & superheat if temp split is abnormal.
- Inspect blower compartment and wheel for cleanliness.
- Visually inspect duct system for proper installation.
- Inspect drains for proper pitch and installation (trap and vent)
- Test blower and air flow performance at furnace/air handler.
