- Clean Electrical Compartment.
- Test blower capacitor for proper uf readings.
- Inspect and test blower wheel & motor bearings for wear. & dirt build up.
- Inspect wiring for burnt leads, annealing and proper connections.
- Inspect control board for signs of overheating.
- Inspect flue venting for proper connections & clearances.
- Inspect and test inducer motor bearings for wear.
- Remove & clean flame sensor.
- Test HSI resistance levels.
- Inspect blower compartment and wheel for cleanliness.
- Visually inspect duct system for proper installation & wear..
- Test system for proper operation to include all motor amp draws.
- Test gas valve pressure output and adjust if necessary.
- Test temperature rise/temp splits.
